मेरे सारे पाठकों को आजादी की ढेर सारी शुभकामनाएं। एक नए विश्वास के साथ कि अपने देश को महान कहते हुए हमें यह सोचना ना पड़ें कि क्या वास्तव में यह सच है या पहले के भारत की गरिमा को अपनी आंखों में कैद करके आज के भारत का विश्लेषण कर रहे हैं।सवाल कई हैं अपने मन में ,जिसका जवाब ढूंढ़ने की जरूरत है।Advertisement
हर साल 15th अगस्त को हम आजादी का जश्न मनाते हैं ।पूरे साल इसकी महत्ता को नजरंदाज करते हुए एक दिन को देशप्रेम से ओत – प्रोत कर देते हैं।सरकारी दफ्तरों,कार्यालयों को दुल्हन की सजा कर झंडे को फहराते हैं।पर कभी सोचा है कि हम ना केवल खानापूर्ति करते हैं,अपितु इसकी गरिमा को दरकिनार कर केवल अपने कर्तव्यों की इतिश्री कर रहे हैं।

देश आजाद है ये तो पता है ,पर मन में कभी विचार किया है कि सही अर्थों में क्या हमनें आजादी को संभाला है।देश की अधिकांश जनता तो आजादी का मतलब यही जानती है कि झंडा फहराना है,जलेबी खाना है,कुछ देशभक्ति गाना सुनना है बस मन गई आजादी।आप जनता को तो छोड़िए,अपना दूरसंचार विभाग क्या करता है।15th अगस्त को सुबह से ही टीवी चैनलों पर शुभकामनाओं की बाढ आ जाती है।गाने बजने लगते हैं।देशभक्ति फिल्में दिखने लगती हैं। मैं पूछती हूं क्या देश के लिए बस एक दिन ही मुकर्रर है या साल के और दिन भी यह जज्बा होना चाहिए।हमारे चैनलों की खानापूर्ति तो देखिए,इनके सारे प्रसारण कमोवेश यूंही चलते रहते हैं इस दिन भी ,बस ऊपर एक कोने में शुभकामनाओं की इतिश्री कर दी जाती है।
ऐसे – ऐसे कितने सारे सवाल हैं ,जो अनसुलझे हुए हैं या हम समझना ही नहीं चाहते हैं।आज से ठीक एक साल पहले मैंने आजादी पे ब्लॉग लिखा था कितने सारे सवालों के साथ।आज एक साल बाद भी वहीं सारे प्रश्न अनुत्तरित हैं।क्या देश के कोने – कोने तक शिक्षा पहुंच पाई है?क्या गरीबों को आधारभूत सुविधाओं की दरकार नहीं है?क्या लड़कियां सुरक्षित हैं?क्या समानता के अधिकार की बात कहने वाला हमारा कथित सभ्य समाज लड़कों और लड़कियों को एक नजर से देखता है?भ्रष्टाचार,सदियों से जमे हुए पर अचानक से उठने वाले nepotism ,रिश्वतखोरी ऐसे – ऐसे जाने कितनी सारी समस्याओं से देश जूझता रहता है और हम बात करते हैं जश्न – ए- आजादी की।
एक निर्भया कांड को न्याय मिलने में तो वर्षों लग गए।हम अपनी न्याय व्यवस्था में कैसे तेजी लाएं,ये हमारी सही आजादी होगी जहां किसी निर्दोष को सजा नहीं मिले।इस साल तो हमारा देश कोरोना जैसी महामारी से लड़ रहा है।आर्थिक,सामाजिक,मानसिक रूप से देश को हर मोर्चे पर कई सारी समस्याओं से जूझना पड़ रहा है। कोरोना को लेकर कईयों ने रोटी सेंकी है तो दूसरी तरफ कितने गरीब और बेबस लोगों को आर्थिक समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा है।
अगर हम यह समझें कि कोरोना ने अड़ंगा डाल दिया है वरना देश का तो चहुंमुखी विकास हो जाता।लोग सही अर्थों में अपनी आजादी को पाते।पर क्या इस चीज पे विश्वास किया जा सकता है? मनन करने वाली बात है।दिन – दहाड़े एक पत्रकार की हत्या कर दी जाती है।मजदूर के हितों को ध्यान में ना रखकर उन्हें अपने गांव पलायन करने को मजबूर होना पड़ता है।किस चीज में ये लोग अपनी आजादी ढूंढे।एक बात गांठ बांध लीजिए कि आजादी व्यवस्था के बिना मुमकिन नहीं।अगर आप एक व्यवस्था नहीं बना सकते तो आजादी भी हासिल नहीं कर सकते।
आजादी एक भरोसा है — अपने आप का अपने देश पर।समाज के हर तबके की आजादी सही मायनों में अपने देश की आजादी होगी।कुंठित विचारों से आजादी,आधारभूत सुविधाओं की मांग करती आजादी,अपने स्वाभिमान को मूर्त रूप देने की आजादी,देश के हर नागरिक के होठों पर मुस्कुराहट की आजादी।
एक बार फिर आजाद भारत को आजादी की शुभकामनाएं।काश मेरे अगले साल के ब्लॉग में मेरे सारे सवालों के जवाब मिल जाएं।इसी भरोसे के साथ अपनी आजादी का जश्न मनाते हैं।
